Mikhail Kirchhoff is the principal conductor of Moscow Youth Symphony Orchestra, the principal conductor of the Kaliningrad Music Theatre, the Artistic director and the principal conductor of the festival “Eurasian stars”, the principal conductor of the festival “Ak Ertis”.

Mikhail Kirchhoff was born in 1982 in Moscow.
He began his education in the Victor Popov Academy of Choral Art. In 2009 he graduated with honors from the Moscow State P.İ. Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
2010-2012 worked in Istanbul State Opera.
2012-2017 worked in Samsun State Opera.
2018-2020 is the main guest conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra “Academy of soloists” (Kazakhstan).

Born on January 1, 1947 in the city of Ovruch, Zhytomyr region of Ukraine.
In 1962 he graduated from school there.

In 1986 he returned to Kaliningrad, in 1987 he created and devoted his entire creative life to the Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra.
The ensemble, whose artistic director and chief conductor is Arkady Feldman, represents the Russian musical art with great success and tours in Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland.
Arkady Feldman maintains creative ties with the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, the opera studio of the Moscow P.I. Tchaikovsky, the Minsk Operetta Theater, the Saratov Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra A. Schnittke, German choral collectives.
As a guest conductor Arkady Felman worked with many Russian ensembles, orchestras in Lithuania, Poland, USA, Mexico.
Feldman A.A. - Honored Art Worker of Russia, member of the Union of Composers of Russia, laureate of the Kant Prize, the Inspiration Prize for the creation and performance of highly artistic works of literary and poetry, musical, theatrical, visual and decorative and applied arts, the Prize of the Kaliningrad Region “Recognition” for achievements in the field of culture, literature and art, is an honorary citizen of the city of Kaliningrad.
Graduated from The Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatoire in two disciplines: cello (Professor M. Tchaikovskaya’s class) and opera and symphony conducting (Professor V. Sinaissky’s class). He continued his postgraduate studies in string ensemble (Professor A. Shilov’s class). Most outstanding professors of the Moscow Conservatory like T. Gaidamovich, A. Bonduryansky, R. Davidyan, K.Khachaturyan were among his teachers.
Mr Korobov started his career as a conductor in the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia. For three seasons he was Principal Conductor in two major opera theatres of Moscow - the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre and the Kolobov New Opera Theatre where he directed Norma, The Tsar’s Bride and others.
Aleksei Niaga was born in 1979 in Leningrad. He received his primary musical education at the Choir School named after Mikhail Glinka. In 2002 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Сonservatory with a degree in choral conducting (class of professor Kudriavtseva). Aleksei is a laureate of the II Prize at the International Competition of Choir Conductors named after Aleksandr Yurlov (2001). He continued his studying at the сonservatory for opera and symphonic conducting (class of professor Titov).
During his studying Aleksei conducted “The Barber of Seville”, “The Tsar's Bride” and “Faust” at the Opera and Ballet Theatre of the St. Petersburg Сonservatory. At the Eric Sapaev Mari State Opera and Ballet Theatre he staged the opera “May Night” as a music director.
Born in 1983, Conductor Valid Ağayev is originally from Baku, Azerbaijan.
Valid Ağayev attended a specialized music school, and then studied violin at the State Music Academy in Baku and earned a Bachelor of Music cum laude in 2006. In 2008, he achieved Master of Music also with honours. During his studies as a violinist in Azerbaijan, Valid Ağayev took the opportunity to take master classes with world famous musicians, as M. Rostropovich, D. Sitkovetsky and M. Vengerov. From 2004 to 2010, Valid Ağayev was a leading violinist and a soloist of the "Gara Garayev" Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra. As part of this activity, he led concert tours to Germany, France, USA, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Belgium, Russia and Ukraine.
From 2012 to 2017 Valid Ağayev studied conducting at the High School of Music and Dance in Cologne; first with Professor Michael Luig and later on with Professor Alexander Rumpf.
Since January 2014 until July 2020, Valid Ağayev has been working as a Conductor and Artistic Director of the Attendorn Chamber Orchestra. In this capacity, on numerous occasions he attracted exceptional soloists such as Oleksiy Semenenko (2nd prize Queen Elisabeth Competition 2015), Koryun Asatryan (Echo-prize 2005), Gerhard Vielhaber, Shengzhi Guo...
Giuseppe Bruno graduated with honors in Piano, Composition and Conducting with Professors Specchi, Zangelmi and Taverna. He also studied piano with Paolo Bordoni, conducting with Leopold Hager and attended a seminar in composition at the IRCAM in Paris.
Performing for several years as a pianist in many different chamber ensembles and as a brilliant soloist, Bruno has played with many important orchestras throughout the world and conducted prestigious ensembles such as Archi della Scala, Orchestra della Toscana, Ukraine National Orchestra, Sarajevo Philharmonic.
He has collaborated with great conductors, singers, instrumentalists, and participated in the “Festival of Two Worlds” in Spoleto, Italy, and Charleston, South Carolina.
Maestro Bruno was a prize winner at the International Piano Contest in Rome in 1991 and also in 1992 at the “Viotti” competition in Vercelli, Italy, in a duo with violinist Alberto Bologni.
Maestro Oliver Weder born in Frankfurt/Germany, began his musical education as a violinist at the Frankfurt Music Academy. After his german conducting diploma he studied as the first western-german scholarship-holder at the St. Petersburg Conservatory with Prof. Ilya Musin and Prof. Vladislav Chernushenko.
Currently the Music Director and Chief Conductor of one of Germany's oldest orchestras, the 1635 founded Thueringen Symphony Orchestra and the Rudolstadt Opera, Maestro Weder began his professional conducting career as First Kapellmeister at the State Opera and Ballet in Perm/Russia. After a well remarked first performance of Wagners “Flying Dutchman” in Perm he was invited back to St. Petersburg.
From 1994-1997 he was musical supervisor and chief conductor at the"Rimsky-Korsakov“ State Theater of the St. Petersburg Conservatory. Following a period of time as assistant to Valery Gergiev for the German repertoire at the Mariinsky Theater, he was engaged as a permanent guest conductor at the Kirov for the 1996-97season.
His guest appearances include the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Nationaltheater Weimar, the Nederlandse Opera Amsterdam, the Savonlinna Festival in Finland, the Rheinsberg Opera Festival and appearances in Frankfurt, Bayreuth, Essen, Milano, Lissabon, Switzerland, Mexico, South Korea and the USA.
Oliver Weder worked as guest-professor for the Musica-Academies in Frankfurt, Mainz and at the Folkwang-University Essen.

Conrad van Alphen is known as much for entrepreneurial spirit and depth of preparation as he his is for performances that combine exceptional sensitivity, vision and freshness. The South African born conductor has gained tremendous popularity with orchestras and audiences alike for his clear and efficient, yet kind and communicative rehearsal and performance style.
For four years Conrad van Alphen was chief conductor of the Russian State Safonov Philharmonic Orchestra. As Artist of the Moscow Philharmonic Society he has regularly conducted the major Moscow orchestras in the Grand Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and the legendary Tchaikovsky Hall. Furthermore, he enjoys a close relationship with Mikhail Pletnev and the Russian National Orchestra, with whom he has toured through Russia, Estonia, Switzerland, Italy Colombia and China.
Ilya Norshtein is well-known as a top-level conductor and violinist, the artistic director of the Hermitage ensemble of soloists and conductor of the Novaya Opera Theatre in Moscow.
He graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in 2000 and completed a qualification apprenticeship course as a violinist in 2003 (Prof. Shikhmurzaeva’s and Prof. Bushkov’s classes). In 2020, he graduated from the Kosygin Russian State University (the Maimonide State Classical Academy) as a conductor (Prof. Ponkin’s class).
In 2008, he became a soloist and an accompanist of the Hermitage Soloist Ensemble, and since 2020, he has been its artistic director. In 2015–2018, he was a conductor of the Svyatoslav Richter Youth Symphony Orchestra in Kaluga. In 2020, he joined the Novaya Opera as an assistant conductor.
Ilya Norshtein performs as a conductor with the Moscow Chamber Orchestra of the Pavel Slobodkin Centre, the Orpheus Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Sergei Rachmaninov Symphony Orchestra, and the State Philharmonic of the Republic of Tatarstan. His repertoire includes works by various composers ranging from the Baroque era to the present time.
