Do I need to accompany my underage son/daughter to the masterclasses? Do I need to be registered as well?
Yes, parents should accompany their children if they are underage. If parents are accompanying children to masterclasses they would need still to register as passive members as registration also includes accomodation and transport.
I would like to participate in the Academy concerts. Should I include my musical audio/video together with the registration? Should I record a full chosen concert or part of it?
The audio/video can be submitted after the registration, but not later than the 25th of July 2021 to participation@eufsc.eu. You can record a full concert or a part of it. In case you decide to record a part of the concert, it is important to include a cadenza.
Would be my registration fee refundable if I can not travel because of Covid-19?
In case the event is cancelled/postponed or participant is not allowed to travel due to restrictions in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all registration fees already processed shall be immediately refunded by the payee to the payer(s) without reservation.
Will all registered active students participate in the masterclasses or will there be a selection for them?
All registered active students will participate in the masterclasses, however, we cannot guarantee 100% the chosen professor. The students who have registered first and asked for a specific professor would be considered first.
Does the registration fee also includes the accommodation? What kind of accommodation is it going to be?
Yes, the registration fee also includes the accommodation for the registered period (breakfast included).
What will 600 € fee include?
600 € fee will include: participation in 4 masterclasses with professors of the course, option to participate in the Academy concerts and open masterclasses, entrance to MECMA lunchtime concerts and open events, full access to the 'InClassica' International Music Festival, accommodation on a BB basis, transportation from hotel to masterclasses venue and back, diploma.
What will 300 € fee include?
300 € fee will include: entrance to all masterclasses (observe only), entrance to MECMA lunchtime concerts and open events, full access to the 'InClassica' International Music Festival, accommodation on a BB basis, transportation from hotel to masterclasses venue and back, diploma.
Where can I find during which period the Professor will be giving masterclasses?
You can find this information in the "masterclasses" section. You would need to choose the musical instrument you are interested in and the professors will be presented according to the courses. The teaching days you can find on a Professors' biography page.
I have chosen for my masterclasses a specific professor. Is my time with him for sure guaranteed?
We will try our best to make sure that you will have your masterclasses with the chosen professors. However, the places are limited and the first come first served rule will be applied. In case, your chosen professor is fully booked, we will contact you and will decide on another best suitable for you professor.
