Further Courses Added to EUFSC’s Middle East Classical Music Academy

School for wind instruments added to Academy schedule

It has just been announced that the 2021 edition of the Middle East Classical Music Academy, that is being organised by the European Foundation for Support of Culture in collaboration with SAMIT Event Group, is set to add another roster of courses to its jam-packed schedule, this time in the school of wind.

The Academy, which shall be running from the 4th to the 23rd of September, has already been slated to present classes in the fields of strings and piano, but now those students who study wind instruments shall also have the opportunity to join this project and further their musical education in a special course dedicated to their instruments.

A series of masterclasses, lectures and seminars shall be offered, with the leaders of the wind sections from the Russian National Orchestra and the Kaliningrad Symphony Orchestra set to lead them, providing students with a unique opportunity to learn from experienced international musicians.

Applications for the MECMA are currently open and can be accessed by visiting the official site here.
